At the end of university this year I had the pleasure of visiting the city of Amsterdam with my house mates. It was an amazing place, very tranquil, but still with a lot of things going on. There was a very real risk of being run over by bikes, trams, mopeds – you name it, crossing the street was as dangerous as it gets!
The city itself was incredibly picturesque, and I didn’t manage to get any film photos of the canals that did them justice. However, some of the other photos developed with some very vivid, pleasing colours, mainly due to the Kodak Ektar 100 film that was used, I believe.

I have just returned from a few days in Amsterdam and I know exactly what you mean by bikes – they are everywhere! I nearly got mowed down by a lady who was actually knitting whilst riding her bike! A really beautiful city – and your photos have done it justice 🙂
